To whom it may concern:
My name is Wayne Garrett Campbell . I am an American
citizen currently living in Los Angeles, California. I am the ex-husband of Kristina
Raditcheva, the daughter of Anton Raditchev, a well known actor in Bulgaria.
It should be noted that Kristina and I are still legally married in the
United States. I was never served notice of divorce ﬁling. Thus the ex parte di-
vorce is considered void.
The reason I am writing this letter is that Kristina and I have a daughter
together, Antonina Pilar Campbell. Unfortunately, due to the actions of her
mother, I have been unable to see or even talk to our daughter for several
months.
I am looking for assistance in changing this as I am planning to travel to Bulgaria
soon, and want to be able to see my daughter.
I am also hoping to establish a fair and reasonable
custody agreement with Ms.Raditcheva, and obtain, as Antoninas’ father,
equal rights regarding her upbringing. I have repeatedly tried to talk to
Ms.Raditcheva about this, but to no avail.
Since my last stay in Bulgaria, Ms.Raditcheva has remarried, and is with
child. She does not live at her address or record, and as such, I do not
know where my daughter lives or even have her home phone number. As a re-
sult, I have not spoken to my daughter in 6 months. I do have Ms.Raditchevas
cell phone number, but she no longer responds to calls or messages. Basically
my daughter has disappeared.
I understand that Ms.Raditcheva is a Bulgarian citizen, and that I am not,
and I expect Bulgarian law to favor her regarding this matter, but basic
human decency should govern any law pertaining to this.
A parent should not be able to disallow their former spouse the ability to be a
parent to their child, to steal from them the participation that child’s growth.
They should also not steal from their own child the love of both their parents.
I would hope that a nation which is now part of the European Union, would
insist that its citizens behave in a manner worthy of membership in that
community. I have included with this letter, a timeline of events( and documenta-
tion) leading to the current situation.
I appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Timeline and Documentation
October 12, 2002 : Married, Las Vegas, Nevada .
January 15, 2003 : Married, Soﬁa, Bulgaria, Bulgarian Orthodox Church .
September 10, 2003 : Antonina Pilar Campbell, Born , Los Angeles, CA, U.S.A.
June 14, 2004 : Kristina and Antonina move to Bulgaria .
June 21, 2004 : I return to Los Angeles in an effort to work and save money to
open business in bulgaria
November 2005: I suspect Kristina is having an extramarital affair .
November 2005: Kristina is diagnosed with a sexually transmitted disease .
January 1, 2006: Kristina changes locks on residence of record and disappears
for 6 weeks.
March , 2006 : I return to Bulgaria to ﬁnd an apartment for Kristina, antonina and
I. And to try to make the marriage work. Sign lease for apartment with Kristina as
my wife on document.
June, 2006 : obtain residence permit in Bulgaria .
July, 2006 : Kristina refuses to move into apartment with me. Informs me that we
have been divorced since January. Begins refusing to allow me to see our
daughter.
October, 2007 : Kristina begins to refuse my requests to speak to our daughter
on the telephone .
November 2007 : Kristina stops responding to sms on gsm .These people have not allowed any contact with “MY” daughter since 2007. In America this is a crime.
